No buy-ins or long-term commitments.  All of Anna Maria’s high quality services are included in your affordable monthly rental fee.

Anna Maria Creekside accepts a fully refundable reservation deposit to hold the apartment of your choice. Should your plans change for any reason, we will gladly refund your deposit.

May I furnish and decorate my own apartment?

Yes, residents furnish their own apartments to reflect their own personal taste. Your treasured keepsakes and memories are all you need to make Anna Maria Creekside your new home.

Are guests welcome at Anna Maria?

Your family and friends are always a welcome part of our active community.  The grand "Creekside Dining Room" welcomes your guests throughout the day.  Reservations are encouraged when you dine with guests.  Meals for your guests are offered at a nominal fee.  

The Private Dining Room is the perfect setting for intimate dinner parties and special occasions.  Comfortable, well-appointed guest rooms are frequently available for overnight stays at an affordable rate.  Your family members are welcome to stay in your apartment for up to 10 days free of charge.  Feel free to host your club or service organization in one our many community rooms.

Are pets allowed?

We recognize that your pet is an important part of your family.  Therefore, we do welcome small pets, with a non-refundable damage fee.

What activities are offered?

Residents may pursue the interest and hobbies of their choice.  All activities are designed to encourage growth, socialization and physical activity.  Activities include exercise, arts and crafts, guest lectures, bridge tournaments, parties, entertainment and much more.  Many residents volunteer to assist in our activity programs.

What if my needs change?

Our Personal Care Program offers services that enhance the quality of life without dominating it.  Under the supervision of licensed health care professionals, we provide extensive supportive services in the privacy and comfort of your own apartment.
